[BUSINESS] checking a site metrics

What sites do you check to see if a site you want to buy is worth the money and the traffic stats the seller says is genuine. I found a site I want to buy for $860 and want to be sure I am buying a good deal not fake numbers the seller is saying.

You have to know where your traffic comes from and where your traffic exits out to.

Request access to the SERVER stats. Every Cpanel account I have comes with server stats.

Request read access to their google analytics account. (Not 100% accurate, but very close.)

Do not use services that guess at traffic like Alexa or SEMRush!!! They both use algorithms to create guestimates.

The only way to KNOW the real traffic stats is to look at the server stats.
