Depends on the company. Most I've worked for are around 20-30/hr, one was 21/hr but was about double that after bonuses.

and if he only earns 5% commission,

then $7500 a month at 5% commission

Sounds great There aren't 5000 members yet, but the site definitely has potential for that. There will be new and better content coming soon, too (Although the current content is pretty great) but I can't talk about it yet.
Also my bad, I forgot about the whole having to schedule some things with TMM before NATS will work completely, but getting close and I'm hoping for Monday-Tuesday for real this time.
