Is this script counting referrals properly?

"Top 5 referrers BlackCatXIII (3), 24alex (1)" at the bottom of the page, yet in the contest section the referrals are not there

I have never used this referral script before, I found it yesterday for phpbb and it seems to be doing what it was designed to do.

Let me explain why the referrals in the contest are zero, because as I explained in the first the "referred member has to make 5 posts to qualify", so we don't have hanky panky.


So while the overall referrals are 3 for BlackCatXIII none of those 3 people have yet made 5 posts on the board. Once they make 5 posts each then BlackCatXIII will show up in the contest referrals section.

I hope this makes sense.

The reason for the 5 post rule in this first referral contest is so no one uses different emails and registers multiple accounts and pushes their referrals up. Not that anyone here would do it but to be open and transparent, all referred users have to make 5 posts to get on the contest toplist. I think that's not a lot of posts in 30 days to be honest my friend.

Finally I really appreciate you referring friends and people you know to the board, thanks for that.

I agree with you, it is better this way. No problem at all. I am a domainer and i have added some of my domains for sale here, so it benefits me too if more people come to the forum. So I sent some invitations to people i know and also posted to some facebook groups.

P.S. Can I invite personal friends that i talk with? To explain them about the contest or it is forbidden? Thanks in advance
