I use links like this all the time.

the watemark is a great idea.

several affiliate programs have given me permission to use their video to promote them as long as I use their affiliate links. so I would guess this is okay.

Yep.
Let's say you post Playboy.tv content to a tube, then watermark it with playboyhd.tv, then redirect to Playboy.tv with your refID, that should be fine.
If you post a Playboy.tv video, then the Playboyhd.tv as a watermark but redirects to Fake Taxi, you might have a problem with Playboy..

Does anyone know if tubes themselves ever get mad at watermarking or similar since type-ins take away their commission from banners? Or do they not care?.. :p
