I was wondering if and how its possible to earn money by emailing my registered users. the site has 7k and about 100-150 new subscirbers every day.

Yes. I usually work with people doing emailers with dating, but there is still money in newsletters to your members. It'll keep them going back to your site depending on why/when/etc they are sent out, what's in them, specials or just updates, etc.
Try to not make things super fancy, too, simple mailers work well.
With the right mailers going out, you can also sell ad space on them, assuming you comply with anti-spam laws depending on the country.

Do you have any recommendation for a good Wordpress plugin for newsletters like these?
That won’t be super heavy and require alot of server power for sending the emails...

You are correct, a daliy mail out is too much.

Daily if they want it otherwise you may get a lot of "Unsubscribe" requests.

They have no format, I’m just looking for a ways to email my users.
All I got atm is their emails as they registered on my site.

I need a plugin or external site that can handle this - sending an email to 7500 emails.
Once a week I believe, not more

Yes there are some, but I think it will be too heavy for the system... maybe I’m wrong...
