[BUSINESS] I want to resize a screen capture

[josline]

Hello sponsorchat, I have a screen capture want to resize it , is there ant free software or tool available to change the dimensions from 670 by 234 to 160 by 60 without distorting the image

[Colmike7]

You can use GIMP for free.
When you resize 670x234, though, you'll get 160x55 as the closest to being the same dimensions, so it'll be stretched a tiny bit if you want 160x60. Shouldn't make too much of a difference, though, or you could add in 5px of margin/bleed/whatever you want to call it if you don't want any stretching.. :p
