a video question

i have a video that is 10 seconds long mp4

is 2.4MB in size

if i upload video to youtube

then download video from youtube

will the downloaded video have smaller kb or MB size than current video ?

why would the video get smaller if you upload it or download it, I am no expert but it seems to me that it would not change in size.

Yes it will reduce the size if you compress the video on upload.

Compressing videos is fine just don't go over board and reduce the quality too much.
