[BUSINESS] Thread titles and blog post titles
I have noticed here some threads get way more views than others, I see this with my blog posts, the title makes a difference.

Titles and descriptions are where I spend most of my time when performing SEO for new clients with existing sites.
If your CTR is low, and you have impressions, all you need to do is update the title and the main H1 and your clicks could go up.
If not, try another title and H1.
The URL/SLUG is also very important.

I'll think of the descriptions to my posts on the blogs I run more carefully.

It's the same with news headlines, a good line gets you to click on the article to read more.

Words matter
Stop looking for reps if they don't care why waste your time and traffic at their program, fuck that.

correct, however!
Even the best writer needs to check search console for CTRs. The best sentence in the world with no clicks, sucks. Sometimes bad sentences have high CTRs.
