Flying in the 1960's was a luxury, now it's the same as using the buss.

Back in 1980 I flew on my own, and they sold cartons of duty free cigarettes , I bought a cartoon,smoked myself silly all the way on the flight. Try light up one today on a plane lol.

You forget that in those times a regular flight was 10X more expensive than a discount airline ticket today.

You will never see that level of service on any first class flight today. When I worked at my last job I used to travel 5-7 times a year on their dime in business and it was no where near like that.

I have a weak spot for women from the 1550-1970's they wore some nice outfits and did their hair nice too.
