I've gotten side tracked with some projects the last week so I haven't figured this out yet. They have emailed me a bunch of stuff regarding activating the account and stuff so maybe I'll just do it and put $100 through and see what happens.

From my post here another processor reached out to me which is something I will follow up on as well.
