Who can recommend something other than WordPress?

Hi all. I tried to use WordPress and made some sites. But what turned out, I could not use as a site for my company. I had no desire to learn something else, and therefore I used the source where the websites are made by professionals. WordPress is a really good tool, but if it doesn’t suit you, try contacting a pro.

For a second I misread that and thought you meant that you just look at the source of other websites to make them... :p

I can could state a lot of alternatives, however I would not recommend them.

If you need help with WP, there are plenty of people here that will help. Myself included.

Have you ever tried making sites in Photoshop, then sending the psd to someone cheap to cut it out to html/css?
Also I agree that finding a good theme is hard sometimes, a lot of them suck for porn sites :p

Yep. You could literally spend hours and come away having to settle. Seems like the more basic the theme is the better it works out. Less crap to work around, less bloat. I tend to make child themes to doctor up what I use. Here lately I've been taking a shining to this one: https://siteorigin.com/theme/north/ and to this one: https://siteorigin.com/theme/corp/

Have you guys not seen the themes that allow you to create any theme from them?

This means find a theme you like or dream one up and this this will most likely change to fit.
not to mention the included layouts you can create for each page with the click of a button.

Please also note that the free dev hosting for WP also includes several free themes and plugins installed.
