I was searching for a low priced host to start a new site and I found oxeo, They have packages starting at $9 a month according to their website, what do you know about them.

I had a server with them about 14 years ago for a short time, not going to say anything about them either way. They are hosted at isprime, not sure if they are resellers or just hosting servers there.

So yep seems like isprime is the main hosting facility and oxeo either lease space there, use servers there or resell there.

Dimitry sounds russian to me, what are their prices , tat is all I would concentrate on, he can be a rep who cares. reseller I agre eis not a good choice ever.
