Take a look at tawk.to

Its free unlimited use and they offer additional paid services. Chat widget, built in ticket system, multiple agents, optional unlimited live video chat with screen share for a monthly (or yearly) flat reasonable fee. Might not be exactly what you were thinking but it's worth a look.

I like Slack most of the time, but just as a replacement for Skype.
Basecamp is great. Salesforce can do all of that, too, but is probably too much for what you need, and expensive lol.
