i would guess ok in colorado or california

but maybe not in mississippi or utah

i think depends on the laws of the state

Hi Bill I'm in Cali but can not seem to find a conclusive answer. Until I do I can not risk promoting them. I'll keep searching and post here if I do find the answer I am looking for.

Your problem may arise if people from other states or countries that do not allow marijuana come on to your affiliate links and buy, I would not touch it for now.
