[BUSINESS] why I hate updating my Wordpress blogs

Grrrrrrr everytime I update the min theme on my Wordpress blogs the latest update adds back the comments and registration pages. I dlete the comments and registration pages on most of my blogs because I don't want spam posts and spam users signing up.

I just wasted a good 30 minutes manually deleting those 2 pages off my blogs one by one in ftp.

Oh happy Monday to everyone now that i started the morning off with a grumble.

Just delete the theme or do not update it, what i would suggest you do.

I don't think you can delete the main theme ad not mess up updates. Any WP peeps know if this is correct what i heard.

assuming that is the theme you are using for your blog

That is why I always rename the theme I have edited so when the original theme gets updated I do not lose the edited templates.

plugins I update one by one so I look to see if I still need them or not.

I am too lazy I let any script I run do auto updates if they are available.

It is not laziness for me, I just want more functions done by themselves so i have more time to work.
