You missed one point in ll this .... a serious company with support not a one man show claiming to be a business when he is only online.

Monday morning here and I needed support, just a quick question.
I was number 40 in queue. Why? Because all the people needing support took the weekend off.
Normally the wait is nothing or seconds. Then I don't work during traditional business hours.
