I run 3 times a week and go to the gym 3 nights a week, it is my way of stress relief not only for weight.

Not to brag but I can not gain some weight. I have this problem where I eat as much as the next person but can no gain weight. I even had my doctor check my blood tests, because my sister said I might be diabetic, that was not it. I have a hyper active thyroid gland so I was put on pills 2 years ago.
