I know they say this but can they keep your money, or just for a while then let you withdraw it.

I think it's a 6 month hold. Your account will be permanenty frozen. You can't remove your information such as social security number, credit or debit cards, bank accounts, emails, etc and you can't close the account. You can always open another paypal account but you won't be able to use any information associated with frozen account, not to fund, withdraw, verify.

I had an account frozen years ago. I never used it for adult transactions but I had a domain email attached to it. They froze my verified account locking my information (social security number, bank account, payoneer card). Luckily there were no funds in the account. All i ever used it for is to buy non adult related stuff. There is no debating it either. You're presumed guilty. I have since created another account for when i need to make purchases where paypal is the only method of payment. I do the transaction and immediatly remove my card from account. Just in case...

I was hoping this would not be the answer. I was using Firstchoicepay and paxum but the former is over and I can not get a card from paxum for months, so I am looking at alternative ways to get paid. My bank charges me for USD checks and places a 5 week hold on them. You in America are lucky your checks get cashed immediately not here in manila.

Listen to heidihoe, she said it. You want to get paid quickly if they freeze your funds for months it will be worse than depositing a sponsor check and waiting for the check to clear.

Manilla yeah ? you are taking a hell of risk anyway a bunch of you guys were busted just last week !!!! it is legal to buy and sell porn by third parties BUT NOT to produce it !!! even then it is a grey area...

You need to find a trusted person in say Europe that can receive your payments and then send them to you via cash transfer Palawan etc etc as even your bank will rat you out unless you bribe the manager and after that it is probably not worth doing cam shows anyway if you have to pay that fucker.
