What do they do with these invoices turn it in to the tax man at the end of the year I doubt it.I think it is in case they get audited they have proof where the moneys went and for what purpose.

Any one can ask you for documentation to join their program, you have the choice to not join them.

Redundant but I have 2 that make me do it for my payments every time since October.
