I have 2 dedicated servers, one costs me $49.99 other $89.95 a month, on top I have to pay $34.5 a month each for cpanel. Why the hell is cpanel so expensive.

You could try using a free panel. VestaCP works fine on vps. I don't have a dedicated server but I guess it should work on them as well. You could check them out https://vestacp.com . It's easy to maneuver, does what a cpanel/whm setup does, just not as many bells, not as pretty. It's easy to get used to, not a big learning curve. Its not cpanel but it's free and it gets the job done.

cPanel & WHM sold at wholesale. VPS $12.95 & Dedi $31.95
Not much to be made unless you just sell it at cPanels retail which is $2-3 more.

My host offers a server for $44.99 a month but charges another $34.99 for cpanel, so I did not take it.I open a ticket with them when I need a domain added to the server or a mysql database, I am watching my expenses. When I need cpanel I'll opt for it and pay, not right now.
