some Cristmas fucking host ruined my day

I wake up go to my ftp to upload a new set of files, ftp fails. I try and try same result. I go to open a support ticket my login is disabled to the WMC control panel. Now I'm thinking this is not happening, what has gone wrong.

I can't reach support and I can;t ftp and I want to just upload a few new files go do my thing.So I ask a friend who I know is with these fuckers to open a ticket say call me, they reply to him 30 minutes later that they can't call me but I need to pay the bill. I go wtf they have my credit card on file they always take the shitty $169 every month. So okay I'll pay and raise hell with them, I go to pay I can not login to my account to pay them.

Okay back to my friend ask him to tell them, I have a card on file they charge, I can;t login to even pay the bill, now what. He gets back on the blower to me an hour latter, yes an hour for these morons to reply to his new ticket, that once paid I can have access to ftp, the WMC control panel and payment screen.I tell Mike my friend to tell them this and charge my Amex, not the same card on file with them.

Goes another 40 minutes, they do it, and restore my logins.So I open a support ticket and cc billing, saying wtf is their problem.You know what I get for a reply on Christmas eve after one hour and 10 minutes later?

We are sorry our billing software had a hic cup and failed to post on your account that you had paid the bill on the 21st. They took the charge on the 21st, I guess 2 days later they disabled all my logins for their fucking fault. How about you email me to say you are 2 days over due if that was true and you need to make a payment asap. So now I am prepaid for january 21st.

What a away to start off Christmas. Wait tlll i see the rep here spamming their hosting , I'll give him a peace of my mind, but first thing Thursday I am going to move hosts and then blast their bull fucking shit of a host.
