Turkey leftover day aka boxing day

We had turkey yesterday and I get to do no cooking today, we have quite a lot of turkey left over, why waste good food, we'll have it today and probably tomorrow

I do a couple of things really well, turkey and barbecue. Everyone loved the turkey I did last night, and have a small sandwich with turkey right now, good morning everyone

We;ll have some on Tuesday, I am doing a small turkey for my hubby, his son, and some friends on new years eve and a small pork shoulder roast.

We are going to have roast beef leftovers tomorrow, my gf is doing a roast for tonight when our friends come over, then we're all heading out to dance after dinner.
