[BUSINESS] Looking for a traffic company that wants to make some serious money

I need a real traffic company not some mickey mouse one, who can handle a lot of publishers and advertisers and has money to pay the publishers on time, and afford a few bucks for an ad campaign.

Orders can be as small as $100 or as high as $3000. I have a lot of messages form people who need to buy.

I am getting a ton of members and even non-members contacting me to buy and sell ads/traffic.
I thought I was putting something together but they turned out to be a joke.

I can do a straight ad campaign for a fair price, or a combo of a small fee up front and a referral fee off all sales I send that way. No straight commission for the initial campaign until I see they pay their clients then we can talk shop.
