Not legal advice okay. I'm thinking they will enforce this for larger sites (read tubes) before little blogs. I have 237 blogs and the get any where from 200 to 900 hits a day each. You hear what I'm saying?

Of course they'll hit the big guys. Fines are percentage based with a max cap. They'll go after money but that doesn't mean you won't get caught up in the snare. The way I understand it pressure will be applied via billing companies. Are you willing to risk loosing billing services if you're using them?

The thing is that AgeID by MindGeek if you make a business enquiry it just says "not available in your country at the moment" so I tried different country's using a VPN same result... so I asked a person who is in the UK to try and they got the same result also !
And looking for alternatives didn't produce anything notable either... so looks like MG is going to have almost the whole of the UK traffic shortly !!!
Unless some other cunt produces one themselves for businesses to rent.

I have just been testing that script and some of the code is depreciated, if you use the text database it says my IP is in Spain which is incorrect and if you use the mysql database it is not being read correctly... hence the script no longer works correctly if your running the latest version of PHP and MySql... all this could be fixed of course with quite a bit of time and effort...
Even after that though the script is very over complex with so many options to allow or deny at first glance it is not clear as to what should go where I have been fucking about with this for 2 hours now and still cant get it to work correctly.

Like fuck nothing get challenged no court or cabinet approval it just gets done... so hypothetically if the fucking nutcase decided he disliked red cars they would be banned by the following week... quite possible since the rest of the laws are just as stupid now.
