After a few years in porn I see this trend, new programs crop up and fail. You know why, they have no affiliates. You need affiliates. These guys spend a few bucks on content, a shit looking design, pay the Visa/Mastercard annual fee, but forget they need sales. I see quite a few start ups this year and I can tell they are going to close up withing a year or less.

My 1 cent on starting up a new program with no money.

I tell you, before Visa and Mastercard started charging a fee, this situation was worse. Every Tom Dick and Harry was launching a program, and hoping for the best. I know quite a few players who are struggling to pay their server fees, so they are playing all the games under the sun to pay affiliates late so they keep head above water. I am not looking to start some drama but there are a few who know very well they will not make it next time this year without sales. Sales they can not generate without affiliates but that's life.
