What looks more personal, when they have a generic form for you to fill out, or list of their reps and have the rep contact email,skype,icq..on the form?

If you have no support personnel or just the one man show, it's easier to not post names/details :)

As long as there is a contact link on a site I am okay with it, a lot of sites do not even bother putting one up.

I hate those contact links where they as you to login to your account to message the program, it makes it impossible to ask a question before signing up to the site.

That really gets me irritated. I lost my password to one sponsor, there was no reset link, and I could not hit them up from their site, how fucked up is that.
