We actually have success converting Indian traffic. It seems to do the best with our internal cobrand of AFF, Hornywife.com. Of course it converts no where near the level of the English speaking geo's but you can pull some extra cash from it!

From what I understand, they do not spend their money on porn on a computer. So, they are not buying what we are offering.
Could also be the exchange rate and the fact that not everyone has USDs to spend.
