Lots of possible reasons. If you can't get enough data to fully analyze everything and figure out why to be able to replicate it and scale up, then there's no reason to worry about it.

(Could be something on the affiliate program's end, too, but I'm feeling lazy and don't feel like getting into all of that lol )
