RAID ON server

I went read up a little but not being a server tech have no clue which version of RAID is best for me.


Any laymen's answer, not the techy stuff on wiki.

Dam if I know anything about raid, that is why i pay $180 a month for my 2 servers so the host does their stuff and not bug me. I know I have daily backup copies.
