all of the above and some other points as well should be considered. For example, what kind of hosting plan/server are you on? if its shared hosting its cheap but keep in mind that this means that if another website on the same server is receiving a large amount of traffic and using a lot of CPU resources, it’s possible that your site may run slower as a result. that might be a sing of needing to change maybe over to a cheap VPS if your site is not resource hungry but still has poor performance. Although this can be subject to similar issues it will help non the less.

Of course, the amount of resources you are using directly affects the performance of your website. Disk space filling up and 2GB of RAM plus ( if your website is doing some good work) lots of visitors is a recipe for disaster and changing to a heftier hosting plan would save you so much time and also help bring in more cash! we all love how that sounds right.

If you are on a dedicated server the success and size of your sites and how many of those you have will greatly influence how much resources you will need on that server. are you trying to run some resource hungry apps or giving your websites some new features and pages. those things require more resources and will require you upgrade to the adequate level for it to run smoothly.

Bottom line, RAM, Disk space, Load average, ,website visitors, website design, and what type of hosting plan or server you are currently using all influence that "should I upgrade my server" decision.

Here at Host4Porn we make upgrading as simple as saying "hey, I need to upgrade my plan". That's also something to consider, some host make upgrading a nightmare.

Hardware is not for ever, for least of problems make sure your equipment is 5 years old at most.Ask your host how old your server is, play safe not go down when it fails.
Give me celebrity porn

You think they'll share that info with you?

One time in 2015 my host told me the ram was on the way out and the server would be offline for 25 minutes while they changed it, that was it. Nothing ever goes wrong with servers and now that raid is very common, losing a hard drive is not the end of the world.

Why they call it "managed servers" this pat of the problem is left up to the hosting business you pay to every month.
