Foot cams would make a good addon for a fetish site but building a whole camsite on feet alone might be a challenge. You would need a sponsor with enough models online in the niche to provide a decent selection for the surfer. You also need the tools to allow you to just pull feet in the WL or via API.

SexTracker MoneyTree is a great source for niche cams including mature. I've been cashing their checks for several years now like clock work. API is available as well. Not listed in their tools, just ask and they'll provide. They used to anyway...

Scale up what works, do A/B testing, make similar sites to what you have but separate them and test different traffic sources, etc.

I don't think that a niche specific site for cams would do too well on it's own, and especially not a WL since they get no SEO love.
For niche, it would take the most work, but find cam girls who are on regularly and have something unique going on that would qualify as a fetish and make a blog based on your findings. Then depending on the program, you could maybe do some extra coding with API and have a pic in the sidebar showing if that performer is live now, linking to the sponsor page and setting your cookie.

Just thinking off the top of my head, but do not change anything on your sites making money..

If it ain't broke don't try fix it, as colmike said if you are making $800 a week as you say do not make radical changes. That is not bad money by any means.
