Jaguar Type 01 official reveal today

Here it is the jaGuar Type 01, don't get me started about it especially which bright spark decided to get rig of the traditional leaper logo and wrote out JaGuar with an upper case J and G. It looks very industrial not sexy with natural flowing curves and radius's.

It has presence on the road, the rear seat access is tight so is the headroom, my hubby showed me another Youtube video an the driver tried to sit back there he was complaining the headroom is snug.

I watched more reviews on this monstrosity last night, some take aways. For a 5.2 metre long car the rear seat area and headroom is not very generous to be polite. It's a hatchback which most high end luxury car buyers do not go gaga over. The trunk space is around 450 litres and rather shallow. It is open to the inside of the cabin which will be fun when stuff rolls around and moves. That ugly center spine running the length of the cabin makes it more claustrophobic and eats up space in my opinion. The ridiculous trend of putting everything in screens and doing away with physical buttons is slowly reversing yet this thing has everything pretty much in the screens.

Oh one more thing every car company tries to sell a long wheelbase version of their car in the Chinese market, this thing for all it's length is not a chauffeur driven friendly thing. There goes that huge market for sales.

I really think the whole board and management of jaguar cars needs to be fired and tried for treason, Sir William Lyons must be turning in his grace, the man who gave is the E-Type and XJ6 , two beautiful iconic cars.

You can say that again, it looks like a joke of an opening even a kid will have trouble getting in and out of.

It might be for a good cause, JLR might sell off jaguar and some new owners will reinstate the classic designs and gas engines.
