It's so damn hot here in LA I some days get close to dehydrating, you could be short on water in take. Drink some water.

A friend of mine has the flu, he first thought it might be Covid, went got seen at the hospital; they said it's the flu. What a fucked up life when getting the flu makes you glad it wasn't Covid.Flu season is coming.
