2 weeks today is Thanks Giving

Hard to say it's 2 weeks to Thanks Giving, this year has gone by so fast. My sister is hosting Thanks Giving at her place in Toronto and I'm going Saturday evening coming back Tuesday morning. All my Canadians have a nice time.

We do not have a Thanks Giving the way Americans and Canadians do, some larger American chain hotels do a Thanks Giving day dinner menu, such as the Malta Marriott Resort & Spa, we once went to one such dinner with some American friends who live here.But that is about it.

I used to stuff the turkey but now I prepare the stuffing in a separate dish so the inside of the turkey cooks and no bacteria stays trapped.
