What TLD's do well in seo for a porn site

Google doesnt weight the TLD itself, so anything you pick is about trust and deliverability more than ranking. After .com we've had no trouble with .net and country codes when the site targets that country, .fr for french traffic and so on. .xxx works and reads as adult, just be aware some ad and mainstream platforms block it on sight. The ones I'd skip are the cheap new gTLDs, not bc of Google but bc spam filters and some sponsors treat them badly.

My position on this is the tld is not important as long as you do your homework right on the seo front, but a dot com is my preferred tld for a domain.
