Is Trump going to nuke Iran or not that is the bog question.

Even Trump isn't stupid enough to cross that line (I hope). Everybody knows that the first person to drop a nuke will have the entire world turned against them (not to mention the American people). The world couldn't afford to let Trump get away with it otherwise it could encourage other leaders to use nukes. All military cooperation with the US would cease overnight, trade would be slashed no matter what the cost to the rest of the world and there would be riots in pretty much every city in America

Even if he did order it, I would like to think that his generals or military commanders would refuse. They would rather loose their jobs than launch a nuke........but then we are talking about Pete Hegseth !

It’s scary I agree with a lot of your thoughts on this war. Let’s face it you would think of using a nuke as a last resort if your country was facing an existential threat, Iran is not posing such a threat to America.if Trump uses a nuke on them where he started this war no country will condone his actions.

Although I don't support the Iranian regime in any way you can kind of understand why they want a nuclear weapon. They are currently being attacked by two nuclear powers and the only way to deter that is to get a nuclear weapon yourself. If you think about it, all these threats to use nukes from Trump, Putin etc is making smaller countries scramble to get their own nuclear weapons as a deterrent. I read the other day that both Poland and Germany are considering developing their own nuclear arsenals now that the USA has pulled back from NATO

Exactly you don't have to agree with their regime, I don't agree for a start but what are you signalling to the world, if you have nukes we won't attack you, so you are in a round about way telling all these mid east countries nuke up if you want to be safe from attacks. If I was an east European country bordering Russia I would sure as hell seriously look at getting nukes. Look at North Korea they nuked up and all of a sudden Trump loves the leader. I might not be a rocket scientist but it seems to me getting a few nukes makes you attack proof. But what would be best is of all countries agreed and was verified to be nuke free.

Yep that is the concern. Under normal circumstances, Trump would have to get the approval of Congress first. For example, when Bush went into Iraq, he spent months justifying it to Congress, the United Nations, NATO allies etc and only when they all approved could he launch his invasion. Trump doesn't do any of that. He simply decides on his own and signs an executive order

3 things could happen, he means it but he always says never tell your enemy of when you will attack them. It might be to give the Iranains a false sense of security for now so he does a surprise attack, third he might be for real.
