Mid terms are usually a referendum of sorts on the president after 2 years in office, they usually go against his party but the 2028 one will be such a major surprise to me if the Democrats do not clean house. He has bungled up the Iran war so badly, a war he had no reason to start but to keep Netanyahu and his Zionist donors happy.tacnet wrote: ↑August 2nd, 2026, 12:23 amNopeTwistedJake wrote: ↑August 1st, 2026, 8:35 pmYou see any current administration member getting elected in 2028?Trump has fucked it up for the republicans in 2028

Yep I totally agree. Im not sure who would want to run for the republicans in 2028 because they must know that they will be tainted by Trump's legacy in just the same way as Kamala Harris had all the issues of the Biden presidency hanging round her neckTheButcher wrote: ↑August 3rd, 2026, 10:44 amMid terms are usually a referendum of sorts on the president after 2 years in office, they usually go against his party but the 2028 one will be such a major surprise to me if the Democrats do not clean house. Im not entirely sure Trump will make it to the end of his 2nd term. My guess is the democrats will take control of the house and the senate and then spend the next 2 year impeaching the hell out of Trump. So it could end up with JD Vance running against whoever the democrats put up

Your election process is so long I never get why they campaign for that long. Ours is a minimum of 33 days and that's it.
