After 5 months of dating we broke up in 2023,not particular reason, no cheating or fighting it just did not seem to have that click and wow factor any more.last night I bumped into her at a restaurant by chance, she was there with her family, I was there with friends. I went up to her table said hello and said nice to see you have a nice time. This morning I get a text from her saying she was wondering if I wanted to go with her to a get together at a mutual friends tomorrow for a barbecue. Without even thinking I said sure I'll pick you up at 4pm.

I can see myself with her again,but it did not work out 3 years ago should I get back or not, that is what I am thinking. I can not see being friends with her and not dating.

I did it went well for a few months and she started the same "Let's get married" and soon after ended. I was not financially ready to get married, my thing with marriage is you have to be able to provide and support your wife not count on her pay check to live together.
