We use Maxmind GeoIP databases . It's really the default one that everybody uses. In fact I don't know of any others

Just asking is it hard to setup maxmind?

No its easy. There's 2 ways of doing it. One is to use their javascript API where you paste a bit of javascript on your page and it will ping their servers to check the country and you can then re-direct to whatever page based on the response. But beware, this can significantly slow down your page load speed because it needs to connect and wait for a response before you can display anything

The other is to download their database and host it on your own servers. They offer a one time fee or a monthly subscription. That way it sets an environment variable with the country code which you can then read in PHP. Much quicker than the javascript method
