I'm turning 45 next week and I still feel as I did when 25 years of age. Is 45 old becuase every one tells me the big 50 is when you know you are middle aged and should slow down.

Sure I don't look the same way I did when I was in my 20's but I still feel and act as if I am , nothing has changed I just enjoy every moment of every day where as in my past I was always running around in a rush.
