Do you do sports? I started playing tennis in my 40s (I'll be 41 in a week...), and I also run. What about you?

I like to run early in the morning before my shower. I used to do about 3 miles but cut it down to just about 2 miles. But I like to wake up have a couple of smokes a coffee go for my run then take my shave and shower.
