I asked one moron today where is my June 1st payment can you check, he said I do not waste time asking where is my payment just wait.It's been a darn month I should have received it. It's his job to help affiliates how is it wasting his time to make a simple query.

The thing to do with reps is pay them on commission. Allocate a bunch of affiliates to them (plus whatever new affiliates they bring in) and pay them a percentage of what those affiliates make

Adult sponsor reps have become spammers and not part of the community, how often do you see reps interact of forum, all they do is go spam their post and disappear.

Two ways to look at this, they either do not know what makes a good rep or the pool of people willing to work for the money as a rep is not very good.
