It happens when the credit card has expired,this happened to me when I had a few monthly subscriptions that renewed automatically, I added the new card and viola.

If I get more than 1 refund per month on a sponsor I drop them.I get them the member if they can not keep them happy it is not my problem.

Here is how I see them happen, once in a while I get 1-3 and nothing for months. No idea why that happens.
