I messaged them on their site a "Frank" replied then his teams account got deleted and then we talked on his new account and that got deleted today. So I give up.

Telegram has never deleted my account since I went over after Skype went bye bye, if they deleted two of his accounts there must be some TOS violation, no other reason.
