There is no realistic valuation, that I am aware of.

The people that want to broker for me want to mark it low so that it will sell quickly.
The people that think it is worth what I think it is worth want lots of traffic data and other analytics.

Too many people consider it a 'PORN' site when it could just be a nude art site, if it was only nudity this would increase the value.
then there are the brokers that want me to shut if off send it to a landing page so they can market it to cosmetic companies.

I have turned down $1 million several times and $1.2 million (Heffner) and almost closed a deal for $2 million. The $2 million company was bought out and the buyers did not want to include NUDE.com and later came back and offered me $1 million for it.

The automated valuation scripts value it from high 100ks to over a million.

Valuation depends on the buyer and the current market and analytics (site data which I refuse to share, cause I really do not want to sell it. Rather it sit and be ugly.)


My valuation is $15 million or more.

Sex.com is the most expensive adult domain, porn and nude do com's are good names but not the same value as the first one I listed.

Nude dot com is not a SFW domain by definition of the word!
