The ECJ ruled "lived gender" not sex at birth on ID documents

The UK Supreme Court ruled that "sex" in the Equality Act 2010 refers exclusively to biological sex, defined as the sex recorded at birth and Trump got it right too. The ECJ got it wrong in my opinion,what if a transgender person decides to change their gender a second time, do they go back get it rechanged on their legal documents?

"Lived gender" is a term I have not heard of, "Biological Sex" and "Gender" are the ones most commonly used here. Truth be told "Lived gender" is a more appropriate term.

This whole "war on transgenders" that Trump is leading is the oldest political trick in the book and it's been used by authoritarian leaders for centuries.

First you define a tiny minority of the population. It has to be a tiny minority that most people wouldn't normally associate with (that way you wont loose votes) but they have to be, in some way, different from the rest of us. Then you use the media to make them the enemy and representative of all your countries problems. Any negative stories about them are suddenly front page news. People who don't know any better jump onboard the bandwagon and, before you know it, you are leading a crusade against this imagined "enemy within"

Hitler did it in the 30s with the Jews, then in the 50s/60s it was black people. Fast forward to the 70s and 80s and it was gays and finally today its transgenders.

Less than 0.5% of the population is transgender. Most of us don't know a transgender person and yet, according to Trump, its such a MAJOR issue that he campaigned on it saying the democrats would allow "transgender for everybody". He kicked them out of the military and now he is trying to pass the "Save America Act" banning them from women's sports. Im not saying men should compete in women's sports but is it such a big issue that we need an act of congress to ban it ??? Most sports self regulate anyway

I honestly don't care what they put on a transgenders passport. If a man has had a sex change or is living as a woman then fine. So long as they are not hurting anyone or trying to commit fraud then I don't see the problem
