Question for all you conspiracy theorists. If this was all a big hoax, then why didn't the Russians tell the whole world ??? Surely they would have found out by now ?? Bearing in mind the Russian's crashed an unmanned spacecraft into the moon just days before the Apollo 11 landing as they tried to scoop the Americans. Imagine the propaganda value if they could have told the whole world that it was all a big fake from a studio somewhere
Because is was an out for them to stop wasting money on something that was impossible at the time.
Also they did not want to give away there "Top Secret" surveillance data. they would have be required to show the world HOW they know and that was a secret.

BTW most of the countries did call it fake, just not officially.

How about doing a little conspiracy research before asking us to tell you the answers, just so you can insult us?

The information is out there and easy to find.
That's complete bullshit. There was 30 years of cold war after the Apollo landings and you don't think that the Russians would have capitalized on the MASSIVE propaganda value of exposing the American's fake moon landings ????

There wasnt any secret that the Russian's were monitoring the Americans. In fact, at one point NASA had to contact the Russians to ensure their unmanned lunar lander wasn't going to interfere with Neil Armstrong's landing.

It wasn't an "out" for the Russians either. Through out the late 70s and 80s, the Russian's launched numerous unmanned probes to Mars to try and get one up on the American's moon landing. They all crashed

Instead of just reading conspiracy theories, maybe you should read how every conspiracy you come up with has already been debunked https://www.iop.org/explore-physics/moo ... o-the-moon

Why so long?
Because they are just figuring out that we do not have the technology and never had the technology to go to the moon.
Its because this time we are not just going there to plant a flag and come home. This time we are going there to STAY there. That means building infrastructure from the available resources, having a long term habitat available from day one (eg the initial Artemis habitat is 3 stories high and designed to house 4 people for up to a month). Add to that the mining equipment needed to extract ice (so astronauts will have drinking water, oxygen to breath and hydrogen for rocket fuel), a pressurized rover so they can get about, building equipment etc etc. That's a LOT of stuff we have to haul up there before we send astronauts

Also, this time we are not just going for the first bit of flat land we can find like we did in the 60s. This time we are aiming for the south pole, much of which hasn't seen daylight in billions of years which makes it a much more difficult place to land

We are not simply going to race back there so we can prove the conspiracy whack jobs wrong. This time we are going there to build and that's going to take time

Another problem we have to overcome is power. During the Apollo missions, everything was solar powered which is fine if your only staying for a few days. But the moon rotates so slowly that a lunar day is approx 2 earth weeks. That means 2 weeks of daylight followed by 2 weeks of night. In other words, solar power simply wont work

The only solution is to assemble a nuclear power plant on the moon (currently being designed by Rolls Royce). Again, all this has to be hauled up there and assembled either on or before the first manned mission.

So you can see, there is a LOT of work to do before we go sending astronauts

You assume to much!
NOT every conspiracy theory has been debunked and just because someone wrote it down does not mean it is true, FFS.
How many
Conspiracy theories help find the truth when they act as a starting point for real investigation.
Conspiracy theories are a very important part of our lives and growth.
Once we stop questioning and just take their word for whatever, then we are screwed.

MKUltra (CIA mind control experiments using LSD, hypnosis, etc., on unwitting subjects) — Dismissed as sci-fi paranoia until 1975 Church Committee hearings and surviving documents confirmed it.

Tuskegee Syphilis Study (U.S. government withheld treatment from Black men with syphilis for decades) — Rumors circulated for years; proven in 1972 via leak, leading to a presidential apology in 1997.

COINTELPRO (FBI program to surveil, infiltrate, discredit, and disrupt civil rights/anti-war groups, including targeting MLK) — Denied until 1971 burglary of FBI offices exposed files, confirmed by Senate investigations.

Operation Northwoods (1960s U.S. military proposal for false-flag attacks on Americans to justify invading Cuba) — Declassified in the 1990s; the plan existed but was rejected.

Watergate (Nixon White House cover-up and break-in) — Initially dismissed as third-rate burglary; tapes and investigations proved a broader conspiracy.

Big Tobacco conspiracy (Cigarette companies knew smoking caused cancer/addiction since the 1950s but hid/suppressed evidence and lied publicly) — Proven via 1990s internal document releases and lawsuits.

Operation Mockingbird (CIA influence/recruitment of journalists and media outlets for propaganda) — Partially confirmed through 1970s investigations and declassifications (extent debated, but core elements real).

PRISM/NSA mass surveillance (bulk collection of internet/phone data on citizens) — Long-rumored; Snowden leaks in 2013 proved it, showing official denials were false.

Gulf of Tonkin incident (exaggerated/false reports used to escalate Vietnam War) — Declassified docs in later decades showed manipulation.

Operation Paperclip (U.S. recruited Nazi scientists post-WWII, ignoring war crimes) — Denied/minimized until declassifications confirmed it.

CIA funding of the Dalai Lama (anti-China ops), poisoned alcohol during Prohibition enforcement, heart attack gun development, and aspects of Iran-Contra (arms sales/cover-ups). Some partial cases (e.g., early UFO reports tied to classified projects like Project Mogul, not aliens) also forced adjustments to official stories.

The key takeaway: A small but real subset shows skepticism sometimes uncovers hidden truths, especially when backed by leaks or investigations. But the vast majority of popular conspiracy claims don't hold up—most "proven" cases involve verifiable conspiracies that were eventually exposed through evidence, not speculation alone.

The point, with out this skepticism and the creation of these conspiracy theories, we would never have learned the truth. Sure, these conspiracy theories are never 100% accurate, however they lead to investigation and discussion. Something you are being negative about and even rude about.

Conspiracy theories promote accountability for society, corporations, and government.

"conspiracy theories"—can serve as the spark that drives deeper inquiry, exposes hidden truths, and leads to accountability and reform. The historical record backs this up in several ways

MY broader view makes sense: in a world of complex systems (elections, welfare, government ops), citizen-driven suspicion often fills gaps where official channels lag. Dismissing it as "debunked" without thorough checks risks covering up real problems—or at least eroding public confidence. The healthy path is evidence-based investigation: chase leads, document findings, implement fixes, and let facts speak.

If probes yield verifiable improvements (tighter audits, better chain of custody, fraud safeguards), that's a win—even if no massive conspiracy is proven.

Artemis to the moon has been out on hold until 2028 and who knows if it will be delayed after that so all you sheep who think we went 6 times in the 1960's and 1970's need to take a cold shower and wake the fuck up smell the coffee.

"NASA has revealed a huge shakeup to its Artemis program of crewed moon exploration.

The announcement came last week, just after the agency's Artemis 2 rocket was rolled back to the hangar for repairs. What was expected as an update to the timeline for Artemis 2's mission ended up being an explanation of the restructuring of the Artemis program itself.

The plan for Artemis 2 remains the same: Launch a crew of four astronauts on a 10-day journey around the moon and back to Earth aboard NASA's Orion spacecraft. With maintenance already underway, NASA is hoping the repairs to the Artemis 2 rocket can be made in time to meet a launch window that opens April 1. Until now, the mission had been billed as the precursor to an actual landing on the lunar surface on Artemis 3 in 2028, but that is no longer the case. NASA hasn't changed its goal of returning astronauts to the moon in 2028, but Artemis 3 won't be the mission to carry it out."

Straight from the horses mouth, yes there is a rethink and a delay for the first manned lunar mission.

No. All you SHEEP who blindly follow conspiracy theories (no matter how many times they are debunked or how ridiculous they get) need to "wake the fuck up and smell the coffee"

If you seriously believe that hundreds of thousands of people, from multiple countries can not only pull off a fake like that (before we had CGI or even computers), but then keep it a total secret for over 50 years without a SINGLE person coming forward then I'm sorry but you are GULLIBLE !

every time you say this over and over it shows that you don't care about facts and the truth.

it has been well documented how easy it would have been to fake any or all of the moon landing.
Many people have come forward. How do you think the rest of us became aware of this?

If they can kill presidents, do you really think that people will speak up?
MIB are real.

I believe that you believe too much!
Look at all the conspiracy theories that have recently been proven partially correct?!!!
Which is the point of conspiracy theories if you read my previous post.

They only needed to fake a tiny bit of it and only a few people would need to be involved.

Only a handful of people would have known where the pictures and video originated. NOT hundreds of thousands of people. Your count includes hundreds of thousands of people that would have ZERO access to the feeds.
You saying hundreds of thousands is more ridiculous than people thinking the world is flat.

Have you ever heard of compartmentalizing? This is where the people that need to know, know, and the rest do not KNOW~!

BAAH!
The only SHEEP I hear is YOU.
BAAH!

One day the moon landing data will be released, unless they lost it like they did the technology to go there in the first place.

We are going back to the moon as of today
