Lucifer bee with devil like horns discovered in Australia

[NSWDave]

Not a joke.

"A scientist in Western Australia is thrilled with her discovery of a new species of native bee.

Its devil-like black horns have prompted her to name it the Megachile (Hackeriapis) lucifer.

Dr Kit Prendergast hopes her find will raise awareness of the need to protect native bees.
