The programs that use the generic CCbill or NATS registration forms tell me they are too lazy and careless to make an effort. The big problem I have is when NATS programs do not even bother to edit the contact page and add any email to it.

Money all it is, they don't have enough to pay a designer to do it right.

My first job was a rep for a design company, it worked out well for nearly a year and a half before he fired us all and ran away with the clients money. he did use to hire some good designers, in the 1990's a join page would cost $400-$700 to design.

Every site must have a means to contact them, not adding one on your site should be a crime.

It hurts their sales so let them be a dick and not add a contact link on their site.
