I hope they rule it is un-constitutional and do away with it once and for all.

The music industry is much better funded and organized than the adult, they always push harder for what they want than we do.

If the dmca stays as is I am still ok with it.As long as they do not tighten the requirements for website owners that is.

i think that the article is saying that if tubes have people upload videos -- and the videos are illegally obtained -- then the tube owner will also be in trouble -- no more soft gloves -- i think it will be good for membership sites and small webmasters -- and bad for large tubes that allow user submissions

Producing content and selling it is just too much work for me to understand why people do it.

- Title: Resident Genius
He shouldn't be. And not only because of the incident in high school or his far right views. I have concerns about his long standing 200K loan that magically disappeared around the time of nomination (Trump collusion?), possible lying under oath at previous confirmation hearings, the whole deal of obstructing his paper trail, etc. Also, I think he's guilty as sin. A 17 yo drunkard damn near raping a 15yo. This man sits on the federal bench. Judges have been known to try 17yo as adults and lock them up. Supportive documentation and behavior exists that lends credibility to her story, I'm not going to go in to details, read the news. What really seals it up for me is when I read that he denies being at the party. Not "I can't recall" but "I wasn't there". Okay, so 36 yrs later he is absolutely sure he wasn't at a party that we don't even know where it took place? Remember, he's a judge up for SCOTUS, not a dumbass. This reeks. I think nomination should be pulled and the suspected perjury during previous confirmation hearings should be fully investigated. If they bear true he should be impeached and prosecuted just like anyone else that lies to congress. Hey, maybe him and Trump Jr can be cell mates

The SC has become very right leaning, and if Kavanaugh gets on the bench it'll be a done deal for a generation
